Alan B. Coleman, D.D.S., F.A.G.D.

FELLOW OF THE ACADEMY OF GENERAL DENTISTRY

Fellows of the Academy of General Dentistry follow a lifelong pursuit of continuing education.  They want to provide the highest quality of dental care to you and your family.  The award symbolizes the professional responsibility of Dr. Coleman to remain current in his profession.  Only 7% of general dentists have achieved this honor.

A general dentist who is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) has been recognized by other general dentists as a leader and an example to other dentists of the importance of quality continuing education.  To earn a FAGD, Dr. Coleman completed over 500 hours of continuing dental education in various disciplines and passed a comprehensive examination.

Dr. Coleman cares about the long-term dental health for you and your family and demonstrates that concern by belonging to the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).  The AGD requires its members to participate in 75 hours of voluntary continuing education every three years.  AGD dentists are up-to-date on the latest procedures and are better able to offer you and your family a variety of diagnosis and treatment choices.
